Creating Higher Efficiency
Where is your team heading? In our times of turmoil and surprising events, our resilience is tested. How we act to challenges arising, affects the wellbeing of the entire organization.
Uplifting leadership for our self and our team makes complexity easier to handle, empowering collaboration and growth. Most leadership groups don't quite pull together, lowering group effectiveness. Understanding each other better, we create a more level playing field and everybody gains knowledge and drive. Higher functioning teams will uplift culture, too. We assist leaders applying resilience and efficiency in their leadership and decision making. For individual leaders development and growth, read more on coaching. |

Uplifting Your Sales Culture
MAN Scandinavia (busses and trucks), gave us the opportunity to help resolve the dissonance between sales and after-sales (Service department). In the mix of sale people's desires to provide great service to achieve repeat sales, and the service people trying to hold back to ensure profitability, together we found fresh ways to create greater harmony between everyones desires and the best for the company as well.
Your assistance helped me grow our sales team and organizational culture markedly. |
Cutting to the CoreIn a typical leadership group, some speak a ton while others are on-off or just quiet. A common thought inhibiting us from speaking our mind, is "I'm not an expert in this field". There's a better way.
Facilitating decision making through the powerful Vistra Process, we open a richer field of communication, cutting to the core of the issues - to solve them. Like one HR manager uttered after a two-day but fifth session for this corporation: "Here we solve tough issues in two hours, that we would take months to solve back in the office". Higher potentials can be reached by inspiring your people in novel ways, creating a brighter future. What is your kind? |
Solving Complexity
Our client was an oil company with old structures and ways, as well as new people coming in. For their core retail chain department, a new leader stumbled to begin with, but was brave enough to face what was needed to regain confidence lost.
Her chief wisely took part in the core workshop as well, aimed at ensuring a resounding yes to moving on with current leadership. Not achieved in an easy way, or by circumventing truth, but by working right through realities as they were seen – in the most authentic and sensitive way possible.
We had prepared that core session through strategy and leadership work over a month, filling in the missing pieces to understand all needs and challenges. As the work processed, we even got along some old structure guys in the end, which was beyond what was expected.
This process was conducted right before their annual client event, where these 22 retail leaders would meet up with 400 client representatives at a carefully organized event. The conflict resolution was therefore paramount to "save the day", and the value of it in its timing and outcome, turned out to be priceless. We are gratefulness to be part of this turnkey business culture and leadership development.

I experienced Steinar as a facilitator for our top executive leadership group, where I especially appreciated his enthusiasm for growth and his truth-seeking ways. That work also revealed some issues in my division, especially on the relationship between my people and the gas station owners. I engaged him for that challenge, to mend the friction and to uplift leadership further. |
