Aker Solutions, a Norwegian multinational and leader in sustainable energy solutions, employs 14,000 people across 20 countries. After reintegrating Kværner in 2020, they've expanded their advanced engineering and technical capabilities.

We partnered with one of their maritime support divisions—a team that later was engaged by BP and the US Coast Guard to conduct the closing of the Deepwater Horizon blowout. Our work with them spanned comprehensive management consulting services with a focus on navigating complex cultural challenges, team developments and solving a myriad of complex issues. 

The leadership team reported that our facilitated approach helped them resolve complex strategic issues in 2-3 hours that "otherwise would take us months to arrive at!"
