BRITE your team's effectiveness

The BRITE™ survey takes the pulse of your team's joint effectiveness. It is a most comprehensive team assessment, and the only on the market that measures the quality of team interactions while establishing a clear language, vision, and pathway to higher levels of team effectiveness.

To use a metaphor of a sports team, ask: How well are we playing together? On the field, among the players, where are we in flow, in synch, and where are we not? BRITE provides us an easy and a very meaningful entry point to understanding the collective workings of it; what holds us back and what growth is key to unleash the fuller potential of the team. With either survey, what follow-up?
